Akrilan is one of the largest manufacturers of waterborne polymer dispersions in Russia. The company started production in 2009 in Vladimir. In 2012 the state corporation ROSNANO joined the membership of LLC Akrilan that allowed to increase significantly the production capacity and expand the range of products.
In the process of company development the production emphasis was made on the implementation of all modern engineering solutions tested by European manufacturers. The main achievement of LLC Akrilan is the full automatization of polymerization process. This made it possible to achieve both high economic efficiency and productivity and also quality stability of each batch.
The company was developed with technical assistance of European engineers who have significant experience in the design, construction and control of similar plants in the world. The entire construction process from the project preparation to installation of equipment was carried out under the technical supervision of high-level specialists.
