Akrilan 105 is styrene-acrylic dispersion. It is recommended for the production of water-dispersion paints for external and internal works, enamels, and putties. It is ideal for production of decorative plasters and sealants.

  • MFFT of Akrilan 105 can be decreased by use of coalescent in formulations.
Safety
  • The usual safety precautions when handling chemicals must be observed. These include thorough ventilation of the workplace, good skin care and wearing of protective goggles.
Storage
  • Akrilan 105 has a shelf life of 6 months from delivery date if stored at temperatures between 5°C and 40°C in tightly closed original containers. As other dispersions, Akrilan 105 is sensitive to presence of Fe, Cu, Zn, Al. Avoid contacting these metals or their alloys. This applies not only to storage tanks, but also to pipelines, mixers, production tanks, etc.
